Simple pick and place sequences are up and running quickly. The plug and play approach makes it easy to add sanding tools, and other end of arm tools and sensors as needed. Machine vision can be added to expand the scope of applications. The cobot is ideal for companies running high-mix, low-volume jobs because they are mobile and can store multiple programs. Once a run is completed, an operator can readily move the cobot to another location, select a new program and start a new run.
