Our engineering staff provides application assistance to help customers solve automation challenges using the latest technology in programmable logic controllers (PLC's), AC drives, HMI/SCADA systems, motion control systems, open industrial networks, and energy efficient (EPACT Premium) motors. APPLICATION ENGINEERING & SUPPORT
The application engineers and technical staff have an average of over 20 years experience in industrial manufacturing and automation application. The engineering staff draws upon their extensive product knowledge and experience to solve complex application challenges. Our team can suggest and leverage the latest technologies from Siemens and other manufacturers to help solve existing problems or new challenges. These technologies include integrated safety, open I/O networks and industrial Ethernet infrastructure products.

PRODUCT & SOFTWARE TRAINING
Our engineering staff has developed their own product and software related training courses in alignment with a variety and of the product lines we offer. These courses help our customers learn how to use the latest automation and drives products with a proper mix of lecture and hands on instruction. These classes can be performed in our training facilities or at the customer's site. We have training facilities throughout the northeast. CONTROL PANEL DESIGN
Our design team can provide control panel schematics and hardware layouts based on simple specification lists and application sketches. These control panels will be designed to meet UL508A panel specifications using AutoCAD electrical software.
UL508A CONTROL PANEL FABRICATION
Our fabrication team can build a control panel using customer designs or our designs that meet all necessary UL508A standards. In addition to our custom panel fabrication, the control panel shop staff conducts a comprehensive and detailed test of each completed panel to ensure it meets all provided specifications. If the control panel is built with automation products supplied and supported by us, the completed panel also receives a full configuration/network test “Green Light”. This ensures proper firm ware and eliminates premature product failures.
