Encore Wire's new Reel Payoff® Premium is more durable with enhanced weatherability! Transitioning the classic version of the Reel Payoff® to a single sheet of hard wood, the new Reel Payoff® Premium includes a metal band and metal drum that is pre-cut with wire-tail slots to accommodate virtually any wire size. These upgrades are designed with large projects in mind, taking the industry's first self-spinning wooden reel to the next level.

1). Encore's newest Version of the Reel Payoff®

Similar to original, the Reel Payoff® Premium allows the user to pull directly from the cradle pallet. When off the pallet, it rotates within its own axis for 360-degree maneuverability; perfect for small spaces.

2). Single Sheet Hard Wood

With its single sheet, hard wood design, this enhanced version of the Reel Payoff® allows for decreased pulling tension and its more stable overall.

3). Upgraded Features 

a). The metal drum is pre-cut with wire-tail slots, accommodating virtually any wire size. Slots are also contained and clean, which maintains the integrity of the reel.

b). The Reel Payoff® Premium is designed for increased usage versus the original Reel Payoff®, which means even more pulls! (Results may vary based on job specific situations or applications)

4). Roll-Off Position

All Reel Payoff® Premiums are shipped in roll-off position, reducing material handling costs and possible damage. No need to flip the reel!

5). Metal Band

Maneuvering has never been easier! With Encore's upgraded metal band, the user can easily position Encore's Reel Payoff® Premium in their desired location and get ready to pull! The metal band also reduces moisture absorption on the reel flanges.
