Powerful Control in a Streamlined Design

Keystone Technologies' new generation of Back-Lit Panels with Integrated FC5 Sensor offers a cleaner design and upgraded wireless control in a fixture that retains Keystone's typical versatility and high-quality LED light.

The new generation builds on Keystone's existing sensor-integrated panels by fully embedding the sensor within an expanded fixture frame, eliminating the visible lens cutout common in traditional designs. The result is a more refined architectural look that blends seamlessly into finished ceilings without adding complexity for installers.

In addition, the new fixture is DLC 6.0 eligible, supporting rebate opportunities, and serves as a direct replacement for previous FC2-based models.

The fixture includes an upgraded FC5 Bluetooth® 5.0 SmartLoop Sensor, which enables wireless commissioning, zoning, scheduling, and daylight harvesting through a mesh network. With pre-configured occupancy settings, the panel delivers out-of-the-box functionality while still offering advanced control capabilities when needed - and it integrates seamlessly with Keystone's SmartLoop ecosystem, which includes wireless keypads, plug load controllers, and a variety of room-level sensors.

The Gen 2 platform also aligns with Keystone's Contractor Prime panels in both lumen output and wattage packages, helping distributors streamline inventory while improving competitiveness in cost-sensitive, bid-driven projects. An expanded 1x4 configuration further broadens application coverage across standard panel sizes.

In addition to its refined appearance, the fixture offers practical performance enhancements. The integrated PIR sensor provides a 120° detection angle with coverage up to 18 feet, along with daylight harvesting across a 100-1000 lux range. Power and Color Select technology allows field adjustment between 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K, as well as multiple wattage outputs - giving contractors flexibility without needing multiple SKUs.

The new Back-Lit Panel with Integrated FC5 Sensor makes smart lighting simpler and more accessible, offering a clean look, more powerful yet easy-to-use controls, and a price point that fits well with any budget. It's another example of how Keystone puts Light Made Easy® into every innovation.
