Diffuse Sensors with Background Suppression
Reliable detection of objects while simultaneously suppressing the background, operating ranges up to 3 m, intuitive adjustment of the operating range by means of spindle and teach button.

Retro-reflective Photoelectric Sensors
With reflection principle: Transmitter and receiver in the same housing, opposing reflector.

Throughbeam Photoelectric Sensors
Throughbeam photoelectric sensors always consist of a sensor and receiver. With ranges up to 150 m (800 m for object radiation). Cubic and cylindrical designs.

Contrast Sensors

Contrast sensors detect and compare contrasts very precisely through the use of different light sources such as white light, laser-generated red light or RGB light. The detected contrasts marks are then reported to the process with minimal signal jitter. Through the automatic selection of the right transmitter colors, various color or gray value combinations can be reliably detected. Bar graph indicators offer additional ease in making adjustments during manual setup.
Label Detection with Fork Sensors
With fork sensors, labels of a wide range of material combinations and surfaces can be detected precisely and quickly - even at high web speeds. The product range includes various designs and operating principles - from light to ultrasonics. These fork sensors are available in slimline-design, i.e., with a reduced fork height with 3 mm fork width for installation directly at the dispensing edge. Furthermore, they offer an ALC function (auto level control) for maximum function reserve via automatic optimization of the switching threshold. They are easy to adjust optionally via potentiometer, a lockable teach button or a teach input.

Capacitive Sensors

Capacitive sensor can detect solid, liquid or granular objects. With these sensors highly structured and non-dimensionally stable objects e.g. the fill levels of liquids or bulk materials can also be detected in direct contact with the medium or through a non-metallic container wall. They are also suitable for completeness inspections. Capacitive sensors also function reliably in an extremely dusty or dirty environment. An array of different designs and large operating ranges enable the use in practically all areas of application in industrial automation.
Light Curtains

Switching light curtains are perfect for monitoring large measurement fields. They react as soon as anything or anyone penetrates this field. Their fast configuration and simple handling save time and money compared to imaging processes. Thanks to different beam spacings and measurement field lengths, switching light curtains can be used to solve a range of application problems.
Ultrasonic Sensors
Ultrasonic sensors are used whenever optical systems reach their limits. Hence, partially and fully transparent or extremely dark objects can be detected just as easily as objects with reflecting surfaces or objects in dusty, vaporous or humid environments.

Amplifiers for Fiber Optics

The optical fibers are plugged into the amplifier. Depending on the model, the ranges of the fibers and the available functions vary. In addition to the basic requirements with 20-turn potentiometer for sensitivity adjustment with high resolution, also available are 2 switches for light/dark switching as well as versions with convenient, high-performance amplifiers with extensive adjustment options for operating ranges, sensitivities and time functions. The signal value, and at the same time the switching threshold, are shown on two easy-to-read displays. Three different teach modes simplify configuration.
