Paletti's aluminum profile systems were developed as a modular profile system to meet the requirements of mechanical and automation engineering. As a result, they are compatible with each other, particularly torsion-resistant, versatile and have become indispensable in a wide range of sectors and industries. They come in different series, dimensions, and thicknesses (geometries). They are easy to assemble and can be easily combined with other Paletti assemblies, e.g. laser safety enclosures, linear systems, conveyor and workstation systems. All installed elements are reusable, protected with an anodized layer against environmental influences such as moisture, air, and light, and thus sustainable in their use. Or in other words: These aluminum profile systems deliver what Paletti promises.

Profiles 40

The Profile 40 series, which is the most frequently used, corresponds to the grid dimension of 40 mm and is designed with an 8 mm t-slot size. Due to the most diverse market requirements, they are available in the different versions: Standard, Double Bridge, Semi, Light, and Superlight. All aluminum profiles of the 40 series can be combined with each other and with profiles from the other programs such as linear systems, conveyor and workstation systems, laser protection booths.

Depending on the design, the profiles are available with external dimensions of up to 160 x 160 mm or up to 80 x 200 mm. Some designs can be used as pneumatic reservoirs or for hidden cable routing.

Profiles 30

The Profile 30 series corresponds to a grid dimension of 30 mm and is designed with an 8 mm t-slot size, so that a combinability in the connection and accessories with the 40 series is given. Profiles 30 are suitable for requirements with a medium load and are available in the midi version. Depending on the design, the profiles are available with an external dimension of up to 60 x 60 mm.

Profiles 20

The Profile 20 series corresponds to a grid dimension of 20 mm and is designed with a 5 mm t-slot. Profiles 20 are suitable for simple and light constructions with low load and are available in mini version. Depending on the design, the profiles are available with an external dimension of up to 20 x 240 mm.

Inch Profiles

Aluminum profiles in 1.5-inch and 1.0-inch series, developed specifically for the American market. Profile 1.5" is designed with an 8 mm t-slot - thus connections and accessories from the metric system of the 40 series can be used. Grid 1.0" is designed with a 5 mm t-slot - so connections and accessories from the metric system of the 20 series fit. The inch profiles are available in standard and light versions with external dimensions up to 3 x 3 inches.

Special Profiles

The right solution for a wide variety of customer applications based on Paletti's systems approach. Special dimensions for profiles such as 50 x 100 mm and 100 x 100 mm, stair and handrail profiles, table and cabinet profiles, pneumatic profiles, handle profiles, or other special profiles - it all depends on the connection.
