What's new compared to LOGO! 8?

Compared to LOGO! 8, LOGO! 9 offers more application capacity, more I/O flexibility and a more modern user experience. The number of function blocks is doubled to up to 800, and floating-point arithmetic supports more precise calculations in small automation applications.

LOGO! 9 Basic Modules with display include a built-in color touch display for local operation, parameter changes and status information directly at the device. The system can also be expanded further than before - up to 64 digital inputs, 60 digital outputs, 16 analog inputs and 16 analog outputs per LOGO! 9 system.

LOGO! 9 also introduces security by default, including secure boot, secure communication and role-based user management with four user roles. This helps protect access to the device and supports modern requirements for connected automation.
